Yacht Towers Harbor

1600–1650 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96815

  • Pros: right near the harbor/beach, walkable to Ala Moana beach and Ala Moana mall, spacious rooms, the view is stunning (nothing is obstructing your view)
  • Cons: next to busy street (Ala Moana Blvd), the building is 70 years old, older finishings and appliances inside, could have potential issues with plumbing or interiors
  • Comments: top 4 floors are considered penthouse

Pacifica Honolulu Condos

1009 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96814

  • Pros: close to Whole Foods, close to Kolowalu park, safe area, newer and modern finishings inside, great ameneties (2 movie theaters, grass area, lots of bbq spots and places to work outside), great view (if on the higher floor) considering it is not as close to the beach
  • Cons: not on the Main Street (like Queens St.), no guest room, parking is tight, lobby is on the smaller side comparing to other condos
  • Comments: younger crowd than other condos, near lots of autobody shops, goes up to 48 floors

The Park On Keeaumoku

1440 Kapiolani Blvd Suite #1020, Honolulu, HI 96814 (Will be located where Sorabol is)

  • Pros: New building (will be done in 2025), the location is in the busy area of Honolulu next to…
